Made up of enthusiastic amateur players from central Surrey, Woking Wind Orchestra is a community wind band whose members span a wide range of ages and abilities from ex-military band players to talented amateurs.

Founded in 1996 by Paul Harris, Woking Wind Orchestra has been supported by Surrey Arts since 2003. We combine fun musical rehearsals with a warm and welcoming social spirit. We have a break during the rehearsal when refreshments are provided, and enjoy a Christmas and other social meals.

We are very fortunate that at our rehearsal venue, in Westfield School, we have direct access to a full range of Surrey Arts' percussion instruments.
