 Feb half term: no rehearsal Monday 18th February

 Last rehearsal of Spring term: Monday 5th April

 First rehearsal of Summer term: Monday 29th April

 No rehearsals on May bank holidays on Monday 6th and Monday 27th May

 Last rehearsal of summer term: Monday 25th July

 First rehearsal of Autumn term: Monday 2nd September

 Oct half term: no rehearsal Monday 28th October

Join the Orchestra

Woking Wind Orchestra is a community wind band supported by Surrey Arts. We welcome new members with a love of playing on any woodwind. brass or percussion instrument and with approximately Grade 7 standard and above . We are currently looking for bassoon, alto saxes, horns, percussion and string bass players, but everyone is welcome to come along for a blow!  Following registration with Surrey Arts, there is a termly fee to cover venue costs and administration.

We perform a few times each year in the local area, presenting both formal evening concerts and afternoon bandstand events.
